Via SMS you are able to:
1. Pay for parking
•To pay for parking send the SMS at 4-digit number 9878 with text: р71*parking zone number*vehicle number*number of hours (example: р71*1001*А123АА71*1)
2. Prolong parking
•To prolong your current parking session - р71*х*number of hours (example of prolongation fro 2 hours: р71*х*2)
3. Terminate parking
•To terminate current parking session - р71*с or р71*s
•In case when you paid for 2 or more parallel parking sessions via one mobile phone, for early termination please send the SMS to 4-digit number р71*с*vehicle number
Notice: It is available to enter characters in Russian and Latin layouts.
The amount of unused parking time will be back on your online parking account and can be used for the next parking sessions.
- For successful parking payment transaction via SMS, please, confirm the request of your mobile operator for funds withdrawal.
- As soon as the first parking payment is done, online parking account will be automatically assigned to parking user.
- The funds for parking payment are charged from mobile account and reserved for parking account.
- The minimum duration of parking session (paid via SMS) is 1 hour with further tarification - 1 minute.
Attention! On a request to confirm the payment, follow the instructions in the SMS message. Please, wait for SMS-verification about request fulfillment.
Please note that mobile operators do not charge additional fee from parking users.
Placement of vehicles is available on payment basis and requires full payment of all duration of car at a parking lot.
The User have to pay for estimated parking time during the first 30 minutes.

The maximum one-time payment – 14 999 rubl.
The number of payments per day – no more than 5.
The maximum payment per day – 30 000 rubl.

The service is not available at tariffs “Super MTS”and “Super Nol” (the current information about service availability you canclarify with the company, more detailed information is here здесь).
There is a restriction on uncompleted transactions(you can not make a new request, if the previous is not processed).
Your service should not have an option "Barringthe return of the advance" and / or "Prohibition of data transfer tothird parties."
It is not possible to use credits or bonusmeans, as well as means accrued on promotions, sales, servicesprovided by MTS, a discount on the initial volume of services provided in thecontract (purchase sets), etc.
MTS charges additional fee from the user – 10 rubles atcarrying out the payment

The service is available to all “Megafon” subscribers,except legal persons and subscribers served by the credit system.
Subscriber is not available to conduct the payment byfunds credited to a personal account in the form of discounts on Operator'sservices or received from subscribers within the service "Mobiletransfer", as well as by the advance payment made by the Subscriber in thecontract for the provision of telecommunications services with the Operator.
