The project “Parking of Tula” involvesobtaining the residential and preferential parking permits for residents, thedisabled, veterans and members of large families.

To get residential and preferential parking permits youshould contact the multifunctional center of state and municipal services (MFC)or submit your application at gosuslugi71.ru, providing the following packageof documents:

To apply for residential permit:

1.    Application;

2.    Passport;

3.    A certificate ofregistration of the vehicle;

4.    Information about theapplicant's right of possession of the dwelling, or information about vehicleregistration by owner at the place of residence (permanent residence permit ina residential area);

5.    The lease contract (sublease)in case of residence registration (temporary residence permit);

6.    A document certifying theauthority of the applicant's representative, in the case of the applicant'srepresentative appeal.

To apply for permits for disabled:

1.    Application;

2.    A document that certifiesthe identity of the applicant;

3.    A document that certifiesthe recognition of a disabled person;

4.    A document certifying theauthority of the legal representative of a disabled child;

5.    The certificate ofregistration of the vehicle;

6.    Identity documents of theapplicant's representative, in the case if applicant's representative appeals.

To apply for permits for veterans:

1.    Application;

2.    Passport;

3.    A certificate ofregistration of the vehicle;

4.    Certificate of GreatPatriotic War participant (for war veterans) or assurance as combat veterans ordisabled veterans certificate;

5.    Certificate of Eligibilityfor former underage prisoners of fascism;

6.    Identity documents of theapplicant's representative, in the case if applicant's representative appeals.

To apply for permits for members of large families:

1.    Application;

2.    Passport;

3.    A certificate ofregistration of the vehicle;

4.    Information on obtainingthe status of a large family (certificate);

5.    Identity documents of theapplicant's representative, in the case if applicant's representative appeals.
